- All property listings, pricing estimates, and project specifications published on our digital platforms are indicative and subject to final sale deed agreements.
- Users agreeing to submit inquiries or book site visits grant Future Homes & Farms consent to communicate via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding land availability.
- Freehold property registrations are conducted strictly in accordance with local state revenue laws and high-court title clearance standards.
Managed Farmland Service Terms
Conditions regarding scientific agro-management, maintenance fees, and crop harvest yields.
- Annual maintenance and agronomic management contracts cover drip irrigation maintenance, organic fertilization, 24/7 security, and plantation management.
- Harvest yields and profits from high-yield crops (e.g. Avocado, Mango, Sandalwood) are shared transparently with plot owners as per individual agro-agreements.
- Boundary markers, solar fences, and internal access roads are maintained by the master estate management association.
